Return policy
Free cancellation by the customer more than 7 daysbefore the start of the activity; activity, 50% refund for cancellations least 3 days in advance; and no refund will be given for any cancellation made with less than 3 days from the start of the activity.
With less than 72 hours notice, no refund will be accepted under any circumstances, except in the case of unforeseen illness or accident, provided that a medical report is submitted.
The refund of the amount paid, in any case, will apply exclusively to the sick person (not to the companion).
Odysea has the right to cancel or postpone any activity if the minimum number of participants required to carry out said activity (3 people) is not reached.
More specifically, for guided jet ski tours without licence, a minimum of 2 confirmed jet skis in the same time slot is required for the activity to take place. If this minimum number is not reached, Odysea reserves the right to reschedule the booking to another available date or time, or alternatively provide a full refund of the amount paid.
The 10-dive vouchers, with or without diving equipment included, are valid for 1 year, starting from the date of purchase of said voucher.
Our priority is to implement effective safety measures, and all our activities are subject to weather conditions. Circumstances such as strong winds or currents may prevent us from carrying out the activity (rain alone is not a reason to cancel the activity).
In case of adverse weather conditions, we will try to change the date, or alter the itinerary, or replace it with another, making the corresponding adjustment to the price.
Odysea will not be responsible for any physical injury or accidents, property damage, or personal loss that occurs during the activity
The customer shall be liable for any loss or damage caused to any item of diving equipment hired, used or loaned by Odysea, and shall therefore be obliged to reimburse the full cost of a new replacement item.
The customer undertakes to take responsibility for their own safety. It is the responsibility of each individual to assess their own physical and mental fitness, as well as the risks associated with the activity they are about to undertake.
Odysea reserves the right to make modifications to the itineraries in order to enhance the quality of the activity and adapt to current circumstances.
